Since the beginning of 2020, the whole world has been struggling with the crisis caused by the spread of Coronavirus starting in China at the end of last year. It didn't take long and all the world continents had to find their way to fight the new kind of disease which nobody had known before. 

Europe was no exception and it's already been a few weeks since many people and companies had to transform not only their lifestyle but also had to shift their business model to a way they have never tried before and had to experience with. 

The shift

Some businesses, the less lucky, suddenly had to cancel their operations at all. The others had to at least partly restrict their functioning and make many changes while still being able to continue to work. That included many changes in work rules, shift to remote working, or more digital communication between both the colleagues and their clients.

Although some companies are used to this work lifestyle, some of them weren't prepared for this quick shift at all. Caused by an accustomed type of work, some of them had to face many difficulties shifting to this different approach. That's why some of them even found themselves struggling hard during the ongoing crisis.
